1. Who we are

2. The short version

  • You can play every game without an account.
  • Your scores, favorites, recently played games and settings are stored only in your browser (LocalStorage). We cannot see them.
  • We do not sell your personal data.

3. Data stored on your device

We use your browser's local storage to remember: best scores, favorites, recently played games, sound preference and your privacy choice. This data never leaves your device. You can delete it at any time by clearing your browser's site data.

4. Data processed when you visit

Like every website, our hosting provider ([HOSTING PROVIDER, e.g. Cloudflare, Inc.]) processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in order to deliver the site and protect it against abuse. These logs are kept for a limited time by the provider.

5. Audience measurement

[TO COMPLETE WHEN ANALYTICS IS ENABLED] We may use an audience measurement tool to understand which games are played and improve the site (for example: pages viewed, games started, game duration). We configure it to collect as little data as possible. When a tool requires your consent, it is only activated after you accept it in the privacy banner.

6. Advertising

[TO COMPLETE WHEN ADS ARE ENABLED] The site does not currently display advertising. If we add advertising in the future, this section will name the advertising partners, describe the data they use and, where required, ask for your consent first.

7. Emails

If you email us, we use your email address and message only to answer you, and we keep them no longer than necessary.

8. Children

Our games are designed for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the EU GDPR or Moroccan law 09-08), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (such as the CNDP in Morocco or your local data protection authority in the EU). To exercise your rights, email larsen@mekoplay.com.
